It is our goal to make this island wedding very special. Along with that comes the challenge of logistics. Below is a schedule of events
for the day.
Unfortunately, there is very little room for error. The ferry waits for no man, woman or child. Please allow yourselves
plenty of time to get to the ferry. You'll be more
relaxed and ready to have a great day.

Please arrive at the Lincolnville, Maine Ferry Landing by 9:30am. Park your car in the lot adjacent to the ferry
|

|
The Ferry leaves at exactly 10:00am. You will arrive at Grindle Point on Islesboro approximately fifteen minutes later. Once all of the vehicles are
off of the Ferry
please make your way up the ramp and onto the Islesboro School Bus. The bus will transport you to the wedding site. The site is less than a mile
from Grindle Point and
you are welcome to walk, but the bus ride should be fun. The Aldrich Cottage is the first drive on the right. Walk all the way back to the
water, the big white tent is a sure
giveaway.

|
|
When you arrive, there will be a reception area where Mimosas and Champagne are being served. This will give everyone time to say hello to one another
before the
festivities begin. Feel free to sign the guest book, too.
|
|
|
Around 11:15 please make your way to the waters edge for the ceremony.

Kim and I will depart the reception shortly before 4:00pm. The reception will end at 4:00pm. The last Ferry to the mainland is at 4:30pm exactly. The
school bus will
be making a couple of shuttles to the ferry landing at 4:10 & 4:20 or you may walk if you'd like.
